Short version: Culling Assistant doesn't collect any data. No accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. The app doesn't connect to the internet.

What stays on your Mac

• Your stars and flags, so you find them again when you reopen a folder. You can turn this off in Rating → Remember Ratings on This Mac.
• The list of folders you opened recently.

This information never leaves your Mac and is never sent to us.

What the app writes to your files

• It moves the photos you reject into a REJECTED subfolder. Nothing is ever deleted.
• If you ask, it saves your stars for Lightroom in a small .xmp file next to each RAW file.

Your photos are never modified.

Purchases

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the Mac App Store. We never see your name, payment details or Apple Account.

Support emails

If you write to us, we use your email address only to reply to you.
